In this Agreement "you" and "your" refer to each customer and "we", "us" and "our" refer to iiPanel.net. This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and explains your obligations to us for various iiPanel.netservices. By selecting our service(s) you have agreed to establish an account with us for such services. When you use your account or permit someone else to use it to purchase or otherwise acquire access to additional iiPanel.net service(s) or to cancel your iiPanel.net service(s) (even if we were not notified of such authorization), this Agreement covers such service or actions. By using the service(s) provided by iiPanel.net under this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement, the acnetpanying dispute policy and any pertinent rules or policies that are or may be published by iiPanel.net.
This Agreement will benete effective when accepted by iiPanel.net. iiPanel.net may elect to accept or reject your hosting account registration application for any reason at its sole discretion.

YOU AGREE THAT iiPANEL.NET WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY (1) SUSPENSION OR LOSS OF THE DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION IN YOUR NAME, (2) USE OF YOUR DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION, (3) INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, (4) ACCESS DELAYS OR ACCESS INTERRUPTIONS TO OUR SITE OR THE WEB SITE(S) OR SERVICES YOU ACCESS BY THE DOMAIN NAME REGISTERED IN YOUR NAME; (5) LOSS OR LIABILITY RESULTING FROM ACTS OF GOD (6) DATA NON-DELIVERY, MIS-DELIVERY, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION OR OTHER MODIFICATION; (7) EVENTS BEYOND IIPAN EL.NET'S CONTROL; (8) THE PROCESSING OF THIS APPLICATION; (9) LOSS OR LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OR MISUSE OF YOUR ACCOUNT IDENTIFIER OR PASSWORD; OR (10) APPLICATION OF THE DISPUTE POLICY. IIPANEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF IIPANEL.NET HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL IIPANEL'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY.

1.1(a) Money back guarantee does not apply to domain name registration, dedicated servers, or if the account has breached these terms and conditions prior to cancellation, 1.1 (b) Payment schedules: the customer agrees to supply appropriate payment for the services received from us in advance of the time period during which such services are provided, 1.1 (c) Suspension:
we reserve the right to suspend any account after 5 working days have passed without due payment being received. Any added time for payment will be at our sole discretion, 1.1 (d) CPU & Memory: all accounts are monitored for their use of server resources. If any account is using a high amount of server resources we will contact the customer to discuss the issue with them. In serious cases where an account is using a considerably large amount of system resources (memory, CPU etc.) the account may be suspended or script disabled without notice to maintain the smooth running of the server, 1.1 (e) Limitation of Liability & General Terms: we are not responsible for any claimed damages, which may result from our servers going offline, or being unavailable for any reason. This includes damages which may result from the corruption or deletion of data. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us and our employees harmless from any claims, damages, including but not limited to consequential damages resulting from the use of the service which damages the customer or any other party, 1.1 (f) Customer Security Responsibilities: The customer is solely responsible for any breaches of security affecting servers under customer control. If a customer breaches the security that is through using his/her hosting account/domain name for illegal and security breaching purposes, the account will be terminated immediately, and investigation will be processed and all customer fund will be non-refundable. If a customer's server is involved in an attack on another server or system, it will be shut down and an immediate investigation will be launched to determine the cause/source of the attack. In such event, the customer is responsible for the cost to rectify any damage done to the customer's server and any other requirement affected by the security breach, 1.1 (g) Modification: we reserve the right to add, delete, or modify these Terms and Conditions, our hosting packages, prices and website at any time with notice provided via email and announcements in our forum and/or customer control panel(s).
