1- How often do you do backups for the entire server?
Our backups are normally undertaken every 3-5 days of every week.
2- What payment methods do you accept?
At this stage we only accept payments via PayPal.
3- If I want to install a script on my account and some of the requirments for it to be compatible aren't available on the server, would you install those softwares on the server upon my request?
Yes, if the software isn't available on the server then please submit a support ticket with the software that you wish us to install and the name of the script that you are going to be installating on your account.
4- Are adult content allowed on your servers?
Yes, they are allowed as long as they are legal!
5- Can I upgrade/downgrade my hosting account in the future?
Yes, that's possible, submit a ticket with your request. Make sure that you include your name, your email and the purpose of your upgrade or downgrade.
6- What is the PHP Version used on your servers?
The PHP Version on our server is 4.4.3.
7- Do you have Zend Optimizer installed on your servers?
Yes, it is installed.
8- How does reseller hosting work?
Every reseller account have a control panel called Web Host Manager. WHM is the software that allows you to create your clients hosting accounts. After filling in their account information you proceed to the next step which will create their account instantly with their very own control panel called cPanel. This is where they will be able to start managing and controlling their website. Once they are logged into cPanel they can create subdomains, email addresses, change passwords, and much more without requiring any help from you or us.
9- What security patches and softwares are available on your servers?
Many security procedures have been installed on the server in order to harden the server and make it a safer hosting environment, the main installed security softwares are:
- APF Firewall protects and shields your website from Internet attacks, DDoS, hackers, worms and exploits. We've also configured the Anti-DOS function in APF. This additional module helps mitigate and prevent certain types of DOS (denial of service). - BFD (Brute Force Detection) works real time in conjunction with APF firewall to block any IP Addresses of users that fail authentication more than 3 times in 10 minutes.
- SIM (System Integrity Monitor) checks all services 24x7 and restarts them if they are down. An e-mail is dispatched a downed service is detected and restarted.
- Apache (HTTPD) web server has been optimized and secured.
- MySQL Server has been optimized to perform at it's best under the most common and standard environments.
- System Configuration File host.conf has been secured and hardened to prevent DNS lookup poisoning and also provide protection against spoofs.
- System Configuration File sysctl.conf has been secured and hardened to help prevent the TCP/IP stack from syn-flood attacks. It is also configured to prevet other various and similar network abuse.
- Background Process Killer has been enabled to kill any of the following which are commonly recognized bad processes: BitchX, bnc, eggdrop, generic-sniffers, guardservices, ircd, psyBNC, ptlink and related services.

10- How long does it take for my hosting account to be activated and setup?
All hosting packages (shared hosting and resellers) are activated instantly in most cases, if you didn't make a payment then it won't be activated until your payment is done. However, if you requested an additional add-ons while ordering a package (e.g. extra bandwidth) the add-on may take up to 6 hours to be added to the package but you would still get your original package instantly.
11- How long does it take you to respond to my support ticket?
All support tickets and emails are answered between 1-8 hours, sometimes may take couple minutes depending on the time that you submit your ticket.
12- What is the difference between Bandwidth and Webspace?
The more disk space you have the more files, pages, emails, and more everything your account will be able to store on our server.
Bandwidth can be best described as gas for a car. If your website runs out of bandwidth nobody will be able to visit it. Your bandwidth number used will reset back to zero on the first of every month.
13- How do I get the 15-Day money back refund?
Please submit a ticket stating "The reason for your cancellation and refund". Please make sure that you provide us with your PayPal email and you will be refunded within 24 hours. However, you will receive an email from us stating that your account has been cancelled.
14- Does iiPanel have contracts?
iiPanel does not have any type of contract. However, we require a 7 day notice to cancel any account.
15- Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located at Savvis IDC in Fort Worth Texas.
16- Do you offer custom packages?
Yes, if our packages aren't according to your needs then please submit a Support Ticket with your desired package features.
17- How long does it take for a domain name to be registered and to fully propagate?
Name servers propagation and domain name registrations may take between 1-48 hours.
18- Do you allow Telnet/SSH access on your hosting accounts?
SSH/Telnet are not allowed in any of our shared or reseller hosting accounts.
